This air-conditioned four-room apartment in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés combines elegance and superb comfort. Its exceptional materials (exceptional quartzite) achieve a refined atmosphere, and it has been designed to offer a unique experience. This apartment is located on two floors, each with its own entrance. After a beautiful visit to the sites of Paris, all that remains is to relax.

  • Of course! Cécile has a true passion and love for animals, so all our apartments welcome your four-legged family members with the same care and elegance as our human guests. Each apartment includes:

    • Pet bed, bowls, and litter box (upon request)

    • Direct access to two nearby dog parks: Jardin du Luxembourg and Parc Rue Bonaparte

    For the comfort of all residents, we ask that pets are clean, well-behaved, and comfortable being left alone without stress-related barking. If needed, we can help arrange a trusted pet sitter.

The apartment itself is gorgeous, immaculate, private, extremely quiet and (in my opinion) in one of the best locations in all of Paris. It is even more exquisite in person than in all of the photos. My kids (10 and 13) and I slept so peacefully - and the sofa bed is seemingly just as large and comfortable as the bed.   • It is a fantastic apartment in a fabulous neighborhood with excellent proactive hosting by Cecile, overall exceeding our high expectations. We’d spent plenty of time on prior trips in the area, but we’re still surprised at how much is within one block (market, notable restaurants, great wine bars) and the Jardin du Luxembourg is quite close (great for various types of workouts, including jogging and basketball). The apartment itself was modern, super clean, and stylish. Staying a few weeks with varying summer/spring-like weather, we appreciated the washer/dryer, ample closet space, and A/C. With the Saint Germain market next door, the kitchen came in handy with just the right amenities. House-cleaning and ironing made the longer stay extra comfy.
